Changing Your Energy, Can Change Your Life

I am a strong believer that happiness is all about energy and emotions. Your energy, emotions, and belief system affect everything in your life from what you think and feel to how you act and react to the world around you.

Practically

Too much clutter can cause tremendous stress and fatigue. When things take longer to find, or can’t be found, stress levels rise, and so does your risk for illness The same applies to your home, and your inner self.

Reflect on why your space isn't organized. Is it because you just don't care whether it's in order or not. Or is it because, try as you might, you just can't get it done? And if you need help — ask for it.

Emotionally

Do you still think about something someone said to you long ago? Can you feel something in your chest when you think of that thing that happened?  If so, that is trapped energy. When the trapped energy is released, we can think of the thing that happened, and even though we may not like it, we will not feel negative emotions. There will be more of a neutral or peaceful feeling, in spite of the situation.

Emotions have a positive intent and purpose. Fear is to keep us safe. Anger is to let us know a line has been crossed. Sadness tells us that something important to us has been lost.  They act like warning signs or precautions. Once the warning has been attended to, the signal is turned off. We are able to let go of the disproportionate fear or sadness, while still being able to feel appropriately fearful or sad when needed.

Stress interferes with living our best life. It hurts university students, full-time workers, health, relationships - in fact, every area of life can be negatively affected by stress.

Trapped emotions and stress come from a natural process that affect everyone in various different ways. They can cause a lot of harm if not managed properly.
Remember to acknowledge stress and unwanted emotions immediately in order to start dealing with them effectively.

Health

The two types of energies we possess are negative and positive energy. The positive energy will make us feel happy, energized, full of life, inspired, motivated, and healthy; while the negative energy on the other hand makes us feel tired, unhappy, sad, depressed, and angry but the extreme volume of negative energy will create sickness.

There are many ways we can acquire those energies; either we create our own by the way we think, speak, and act, and we can receive it from an outside source by touching anything like; a person, an object, an animal, a plant, a tree or ingesting it in a form of food. Food also has it's level of positive and negative vibrational energy.

Every time you are in the presence of people, energy transfer will happen between all the participants. If the predominant energy is positive you will feel energized, inspired and happy, but if the predominant energy is negative you will be robbed out of your positive energy leaving you drained and exhausted.

Science has already claimed that the stress  can create illnesses in our bodies; like blood pressures, heart failure, stomach ulcers and other problems. Stress is a form of negative energy created through the social aspect of life especially work, and family pressures. But if you understand how these energies affect your life you might want to do something about it to keep yourself healthy, and out of the doctor’s office.

Having more energy is the only way to get through the day with a smile on your face.

Whether you are going to work or staying home, you need energy in order to get your things done for the day. Don’t punish yourself by depriving yourself of energy, do what you can to ensure that you have the energy to make it through each and every day.
